    Hi REG

    I have created a packing order and now see a quote for shipping – it shows as a single lump sum – I’m not sure if this is correct as I have requested that the order is shipped in a few smaller packages as per our discussion below – please advise how to proceed

    As per your email copied below, I have created a packing order – Please assist to ensure that the order is split over a few packages to ensure none are too heavy or large

    If this is everything your planning to order, the next step is to log into your USShipShop and create a packing order. The below video is a review on how to do this. I’ve reached out to our shipping manager and let them know you would like to balance weight and box quantities to ensure the contents of your shipment arrive in great condition and free of any issues caused during transit.

      We have Separated them to 3 boxes with the highest weight at 16 lbs. We also have corrected the quote amount according to the separate boxes. let us know if you have any other questions.
