    Please help. I’ve sent emails it’s urgent. The shipment is still held at customs. They are requesting the freight statement/ freight receipt from your side. Please kindly send that so they finally complete the clearing process.

      Nombuso, Do you have an email address that we can send the invoice to? the same invoice we sent you was sent to them. We can resent the invoice if you provide the email address.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your reply I’ve been under enormous pressure regarding this issue.

    I have already forwarded the invoice you sent me prior to shipping. However, customs came back requesting A FREIGHT RECEIPT THAT WAS ISSUED BY THE CARRIER COMPANY WHICH IS UPS IN THIS CASE. That’s what they want now I don’t know if you can be able to retrieve that information for me it’s really urgent because customs will impose a penalty fee after today.
