I did not expect my shipping to be this steep. Is their any way to reduce it by packing it in separate boxes?

We have removed the item from their individual boxes to fit in one box and we have redo your quote to the cheapest we can get it to. Let us know if you still have any other questions.
Can you maybe pack it into 2 different boxes please. Also what will my package be valued at for customs?

We can split the items in to two separate box the pricing will remain the same and you might have more to pay for tax in your area. We will not be able to educate you on the value of your customs for we do not have this information. Let us know if you want it in two separate box we will be glad to help you with this.
Are my items not able to fit into a 21kg box? My items weight around 10kg right? With regards to customs I meant can I value my items at the amount that I want to? Reg said this would be possible

We have remove your item from its individual boxes and place them in to one Extra Large FedEx Box. If we put them on the 10kg box it will cost more then what we have right now.
For your item value if you send us the brake down of your item we will use that because most of the items don’t come with invoices and prices a lot of time we go online to get the actual prices. If you have those and provide us with them we will use that.
Do you need the individual price of every item? You can value each perfume as $2 and please don’t include the shipping into the value of the item…..Also can you please explain to me why a 10kg box would be more expensive…..according to your fedex pricing on the Usshipshop website it looks like it would be cheaper

We will price all your item as requested. Not sure why FedEx don’t give us our usual discount on those boxes but we get discount on other boxes that they have except the 10kg and the 20kg. let us know if you have any other questions.

I would like to inform USShipshop that my parcel has arrived and is in very good condition.
Thank you all very much for your time and patience. I understand that I am not an easy person to work with.
However I am very curious about something. The dimensions of my FedEx box was 30.16 by 27.46 by 28.10cm and I was charged $266 whereas my items could have easily fitted into a 21kg box with the dimensions 30 by 30 by 30cm and is $198 according to your website pricing. Is there a reason why I wasn’t given the 21kg box?

Hi Fathima, Thank you for your comment. Just want to let you know that FedEx wont give us discount on the 10kg and 21kg box so we have used the 21kg box the cost would have been twice as much. We do our best to get the best price for our customer hope this helps. Thank you US Ship Shop Team
so what about the $198 fee on your website? Wouldnt it have cost $198 if you shipped with a 21kg box as it clearly states on your pricing list? Or how much does a 21kg fedex box actually cost?

Yes that is an estimate cost of that box. Depending on other element of shipping this price can vary such as carrier price fluctuation fuel charger and such. We strive to get the best pricing for our customer.
Will it be possible for me to ship 1-5 perfumes to South Africa with the rest of my body mists or will that have to be shipped separately?

We have try to find a cheaper way to ship perfume and we have not find anything cheaper. Being flammable we can’t ship them on commercial airline there for we have to get them through Hazmat packing company that will cost couple of hundred dollars. We will not be able to send perfume at a cheaper rate.
